Wedge Salad

Ingredients:
One head of iceberg lettuce
One medium-sized tomato, diced (or grape tomatoes, halved)
4 slices SF bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 cup blue cheese, for garnish
Freshly ground black pepper
1 hard-boiled egg, optional
One tablespoon minced chives, optional

Directions:
Assemble as seen below and enjoy!
