Woke up to a 1 pound loss this morning and it was a happy day! I ate some delicious Chili for lunch. I mean AMAZING! I'm not quite sure how it will affect my losses but it sure was good.
So I had something weird happen today. TOM came back AGAIN!! It only ended a week ago. I'm so frustrated with it. I'm a little worried too. I am really hoping it doesn't slow my losses again... grr.
I ate super light today hoping that I wouldn't stall so we'll see!
