Ingredients:
Lean Hamburger Meat
*1 Tbsp. celery
*1 Tbsp. onions
1/4 serving of Homemade Ketchup
Salt and Pepper to taste
Stevia to taste
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat and add onions. Add celery and ketchup and stevia to taste. Mix well and heat. (Add a little water if ketchup is thick)
Makes 1 serving (1 protein, 1/2 vegetable)

Had these for leftovers today and it was pretty yummy!
