Breakfast: 7 oz. Fage with Raspberries and protein powder
Snack: Apple, string cheese
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad (salad bar) from Jason's Deli with Blue Cheese Dressing, Pineapple, Cantelope
Snack: Apple, almonds, cashews, 2 slices cheese
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Red Pepper, and salad with ranch

Total Calories: ~2000
Breakdown: 52.4% Fat/ 24.5% Protein/ 23.1% Carb

Too much fruit!! I'm expecting a gain tomorrow.
