VLCD Day #9

Current Weight: 145.4 lbs. (-1.0)
Dose: 150iu (SQ)

Breakfast: Roma (roasted barley)
Lunch: Chicken and Tomatoes (with ACV, basil and S&P)
Snack: Melba Snack & Roma (roasted barley) & Yerba Mate
Dinner: Chicken and spinach (steamed with ACV and S&P)
Snack: Apple
Snack: Strawberry smoothie

I woke up to another pound loss today! Hoorary! So happy about that! I have strawberries everyday (smoothie) so maybe I will cut them back tomorrow and see if I do better. I did end up cutting one of my fruits out yesterday though.
