VLCD Day #5

Current Weight: 148.6 lbs. (-0.4)
Dose: 137iu (SQ)

Breakfast: Strawberry smoothie
Lunch: Shrimp and Cabbage (steamed with ACV and S&P)
Snack: Pickles
Dinner: Chicken and Tomatoes (with ACV, basil & S&P)
Snack: Apple

I'm a little discouraged this morning. I was so excited for the first week of losses because people usually do so great. I am disappointed because I've only lost 5 lbs. I know this is better than other diets but it doesn't seem as good as other people, and I'm following protocol pretty closely. I hope it's just TOM who is in town for the week.
