R2 - VLCD Day #2

Current Weight: 131.8 lbs. (-3.0 lbs.)
Dose: 150 iu

Breakfast: Yerba Chai with 1/2 tbsp. milk
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Chicken and Steamed Spinach with ACV
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Tilapia with mustard and 1/2 tomato with ACV, S&P and Basil

Today was a lot harder than yesterday. I am a lot hungrier and I'm hoping that changes tomorrow. I had a lot of cravings today as well. A couple times I almost gave up! I can do this I can do this!

I just have to keep going until I reach my goal then I feel I will have more control. Anyway, I am so tired so I better go! Goodnight!
